2. Understanding Labor Law and Manpower regulation or others related government regulation
3. Good understanding of HR functions area, recruitment, training and employee development
4. High integrity, trustworthiness and good customer / employee relation skills
5. Experience with preparing and developing company-wise Standard Operating Procedure is a plus
